• Full Name of the Student
• Date of Booking
• Time of Booking
• Venue
• Duration of Booking
• Agreed Fee

Our team will continue to process all bookings as normal via email, and we’ll let you know as soon as the online form is fully operational again.

Please remember that all booking requests must come within 24 hours notice unless supported by an email from the student.
