We believe in teamwork; building and nurturing teams that work well together, provide an excellent service and are flexible and friendly.
We can provide experts in working with clients who have mental health issues or learning disabilities. We also work alongside you for child protection conferences, housing issues, assessments and reviews, emergency admissions as well as conferences and local consultations.
We don’t just provide BSL interpreters but the whole package to make sure your services are completely accessible to your Deaf residents who are BSL users.
We offer you: advice and support, BSL videos on your website, remote speech to text service, training in British Sign Language and Deaf Awareness, your documents from English into BSL, braille, services for Deafblind clients and Easy Read. Whatever your equality requirements, we can help.
Who Trusts us?
You can access us through our government approved frameworks. London Procurement Project (LPP) and Disabled Students Allowance – Quality Assurance Group (DSA-QAG). We are also able to work outside of frameworks on an ad-hoc basis for Ministry of Defence, Home Office, Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Army.
Our public sector clients include the 26 county councils , 32 London boroughs, three unitary authorities and 21 local borough councils. The smallest one is the Isle of Wight and the largest one is Kent County Council.
