Media and Creative
Media organisations tell stories and bring news about the world onto people’s phones, laptops and televisions. We work with you to give your Deaf and hard of hearing audiences equal access to your news, stories and songs. This may be in British Sign Language or through our specialist services such as remote speech to text or instant captioning. We have a team of over 30+ presenters and interpreters who are experts in theatre interpreting and presenting for videos.
We work with a whole range of media companies producing videos, translating documents, celebrating product launches or interpreting international acts at music festivals, theatres or accessibility events.
How we work in the Media and Creative sector?
Media work is technical and needs to be 100% perfect. We are there with you from the first quote, working with you to create a brief, making sure you have a presenter that matches your audience and message, prepping the BSL interpreting team or presenter, filming on the day, then working with you on the edit and review at the end. We can even work with your social media to make sure you message gets to a Deaf audience. We are super-enthusiastic about on boarding clients and will assign you a trained and experienced account manager from the get-go.
We also recognise that you need us to be flexible and fleet of foot. Rest assured we bring all our expertise to the table when you engage with us.
Who trusts us?
Over the last 17 years we have worked with local companies such as the Cambridge Satchel Company and Duxford Airbase. We also ran projects with the Student Loans Company who wanted to communicate with students who are BSL users. Those clients of ours with a global reach include Virgin Media and Sky.
