There are a number of organisations that we have supported including; 38 GP Surgeries, 25 Addiction and Mental Health Centres, 5 Central Government Organisations including NHS England, 17 Dental Surgeries, 109 Hospitals and Healthcare Trusts (including Guy’s and St Thomas’ , Addenbrookes and Kings College Hospital), 34 PCTs and CCGs and 37 Private Hospitals including BUPA and Spire Healthcare. We provide the highest quality interpreters for consultant meetings including diagnosis, treatment plans, any emergency and specialist care. We also interpret for at least one birth per month and are there to support at the end of life.

We build and grow teams of BSL Interpreters that are local to your hospital. A core team that know their way around your site, know your processes and protocols and most importantly, know your Deaf patients who use BSL. We also have a team of emergency interpreters that may come from further away or may have more short-term availability and can drop everything to come out for your patients. Our third team is our baby team, they are hand-picked and approached by ourselves on behalf of the Deaf woman and will be there from the first pre-natal appointment through being on call 24/7 for the birth and through to health visitor appointments afterwards.

We also love working with specialists. We have interpreters who can use foreign sign languages such as ASL if you have visitors from abroad and we also have mental health specialists who have years of experience working with Deaf people with severe or moderate psychological issues. Alternatively, your Deaf patient may have a learning disability and may need the BSL to be modified so that it is fully accessible.
