Reed in Partnership procured our specialist employability support services for the provision of communication support with their Employment Advisors and one to one support in the client’s preferred mode of communication, encouraging constructive and effective interaction.
We provide a wide range of one to one specialist employability support for their Deaf participants, for example; discussing realistic job aims and motivational goals, CV writing and cover letters. Clarion also assist with job applications, roleplay practise and support at interviews and also work experience placements.
